Downtown Vancouver Elopement

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I find elopements just as joyful and romantic as a great big wedding bash.

There’s something about this particular parkade rooftop that we all gravitate towards - photographers, lovestruck elopers, film makers. Whether we gravitate towards it for the quintessential city feeling it provides or the grungy juxtaposition to a polished wedding day look, it never fails to make for a fun setting.

After first starting at an incredibly crowded Van Art Gallery steps (not included here) we were delighted with only two other shoots happening on this rooftop along with us. That’s popular locations during the summer in this city! But the whole evening was beautiful and glowy thanks to the setting sun and of course C & M.
