Vancouver Proposal in Front of the Lions Gate Bridge

As a photographer who loves capturing genuine emotion, proposals are a favourite of mine. The proposal is one of the first things I’ll ask my couples about (usually while we’re out doing their engagement photos) and getting to actually be a small part of that story is a dream.

When M first reached out he seemed really laid back and did not let on at all that he was planning something for less than two weeks away. Now, as someone who’s fiancé picked out a ring and planned the proposal in 48 hours I’m no stranger to a tight timeline. Together we determined the location that would work best, came up with the kind of outfits they would wear, and made sure N would be there and none the wiser.
